Paint, Paper, mulberry bark, natural fibres and found objects. Techniques include cast paper mache embellished with paint, stitched and embedded natural fibres and found objects.
Concept: The inspiration for this series of work was a small bone I found when walking near the beach in Northern Queensland. I wanted to explore the theme by drawing up different designs and interpreting them using different media to more fully explore the possibilities of colour, texture and design.
